Our issues-led campaigns depend on rigorous understanding and fluency. So research is at the heart of most of our work. In the last 12 months on behalf of our clients, we have:
- interviewed financial analysts in the UK and USA about how they put a value on business leaders
- we asked science students whether leaving a legacy was important in their choice of career
- we ran focus groups with senior managers of an international financial institution to understand their views about the imminent sale of their high-profile business
- we examined the techniques used by middle managers to engage employees
- we researched the builders – and destroyers – of corporate trust
- we considered the value-add of social networking in corporate communication strategy
The research consultants we use employ a whole range of methodologies from one-to-one interviews and focus groups to workshops and public attitude studies both nationally and internationally.
The results are valuable data on which to base a business and marketing strategy as well as media relations campaigns – all with a clear bottom-line impact.
