Colette Hill founded CHA in 1993 to create a centre of excellence in the communication of employment issues. She continues to play an active role in advising CHA’s corporate and consultancy clients.
Colette is a regular speaker on the conference circuit, hosting debates and roundtables for HR and comms professionals on employee communication, harnessing the power of the press and building employee engagement.
Colette sits on Osney Media’s editorial panel and on the advisory panel of Harvard Business Review, and is a Fellow of the RSA .
